With any and all custom orders I do ask you send a email requesting all colors and any charms you may want. Will allow a 48 hour wait for any email, after 48 hours with no email any order will be made to my liking. I do ask you allow at least 3-4 days for any product needed to be delivered.

I completely understand that mistakes can happen so you will have 2 weeks to report of any damages to any product you receive, I do work very hard on all products I make so I do ask that you send photo proof of any damages so l don't waste time. I can always remake your product same way or if you want you can choose a different design but NOT product or you can always receive a refund no problem. Anything after 2 weeks will no longer be my responsibility
